Beijing Opera

The intervention on the main facade creates an effect of relief through the use of traces of coating. In the hall and the concert rooms the vast choice of materials, textures and colours include an idea of sand movement on the interior walls of one of them, which transmits calmness and evokes both the texture of the water from the surroundings of the building and the sound waves related to its function.

The intervention aimed to leave the spectator an experience which would arouse emotion by the artistic feeling of the space itself other than just by the spectacle as any other concert hall.
